A delightfully affordable and uncomplicated Asian meal in the middle of Lynchburg...I'll come back any day! The meal options at the market aren't terribly large, but this hole in the corner caught my eye because of its simple appearance. Located at one end of the market indoor space, this place serves tasty dishes ready made but perfectly kept to maintain the flavour and texture. Combo options seemed to be most popular, and we went with the combo A ("3 different items"):
- Chicken curry: very mild but pleasant yellow curry with tender white meat chicken and veggies. 5/5
- Pork kebab: grilled and amazingly tender and tasty. 5/5
- Fried rice: we liked that it wasn't greasy, but sure were glad to have the curry sauce to balance everything. 3/5
The gentleman who seems to run the shop was friendly and patient, and while the line didn't move incredibly fast, it was never that long and all was good. We'd be happy to go back. -

Really good Filipino food here. Every time I visit my sister in Lynchburg, I go to eat here. The lumpia is excellent, and the adobo (chicken or pork) are top notch. I'm half Filipino, and know what good Filipino food tastes like.
Just like Grandma made! -

if you're looking for delicious authentic Filipino food, this is the place to be. they're open in the Lynchburg community market, prices are solid too! I recommend the chicken kebob and lomein noodles.

Amazing authentic Filipino food... most Filipino living in the area keep it on the down low so the hipsters don't start invading the place

I drove a hundred miles through the valley of mountains just to see the only Filipino cafeteria in the Shenandoah region. Promised that the food were cooked in the morning, but they have been seating in the food counter and getting overcooked by 12-1pm. I don't believe it's delightful the way the food looked. You will feel better if you don't eat the food cooked by Philippine Delight. Shop around the Farmers Market is a better option to do than come back The look of the food would not improved. It's time to ran and not look back.
